Camino Day 15 August 6 Logroño

Well I start again tomorrow August 7, which is an auspicious day because it is the 28th sober anniversary of the love of my life. I am very blessed to have spent my whole sobriety with him. He has been a great teacher.
Blister is almost healed. I think it will be good with a gauze bandage over it. I got to see a physical therapist this morning. He was so nice. He checked out my knee, did deep tissue massage of my thigh, used this little hook like thing to break up knots or something and then taped it with a kinesiology tape. He suggested I rest still today and let all that have a chance to settle in. So I start again tomorrow and hope for the best. I think I'll be ok one way or the other. I can walk through some pain, as you know. But if it is just nothing but pain, it is really not fun or even interesting.
